MBSR is a form of meditative therapy that promotes many positive effects. We will work with you to cultivate and practice mindfulness to help reduce stress and improve overall wellbeing.

Establishing Better Sleep Hygiene

More than a third of Americans report getting less than seven hours of sleep each night. Poor sleep increases risk for conditions like diabetes, obesity, heart disease, and dementia. We will work with you to establish better sleep hygiene.
